Risk assessment

Risk management

Teachers: The risk control measures you employ on camp are critical to the safety and well being of you and your students. You have chosen to run your camp at TEEC and therefore a lot of this management is already in place.

For most of the more 'adventurous' activities you will have an experienced teacher leading the group. This leader will be following a set procedure for the activity and a detailed risk management plan has been completed.

There are however times when you will be responsible for the risk management. Most schools now require some documentation as part of their "Excursion Planner" process in "OneSchool". To assist you in this process we have available some suggested documents for download.

Please note that these documents are just suggestions and are certainly not intended to be the complete answer.
