Helping a team or group make decisions about strategy or an activity is a basic leadership task. You may make a decision yourself or help others to reach a decision.
Some members of a group can make decision-making hard because they won’t co-operate or just want to have their way.
You need to be flexible and use different ways to persuade or convince students to follow your lead.
