This new program launched in 2025 following consultation with local high school leaders. Held over two days at our Black Gully Campus, it offers a diverse range of leadership-focused learning experiences. Throughout the program, students explore twelve key leadership skills through interactive activities, group discussions, workshops, and team challenges.
Designed to foster both personal growth and team development, the camp equips students with a practical “toolbox” of skills they can apply in their leadership roles. Dedicated planning time also allows leadership teams to prepare for the year ahead, setting them up for success. Recognising the shift from primary to secondary school leadership, the program encourages students to refine their introductions, etiquette and presentation skills for school events and meetings. In addition, we explore the complexities of senior-year leadership roles and responsibilities, workshopping real-life scenarios to help students manage potential pressures with confidence and resilience.
