Any of our proposed community use does not interfere with the school’s teaching and learning programs.

The Hirer, or any of their invitees, must not engage in obscene, insulting or disorderly behaviour in or around the facility during the hire term.

The welfare of all attendees, protection of property, resources and information are used for appropriate purposes and not prohibited.

Community users are responsible to ensure the proposed community use is permitted by the local authority and provided written documentation if requested by the Principal.

That all relevant supporting documentation aligned to this hire application is current at the date of signing the hire agreement and remain correct throughout the term of this hire agreement.

Hold a public liability policy of insurance for an amount of not less than 20 million dollars ($20M) per occurrence.
