Lesson Purpose :
As a group, work through a number of obstacles and challenges within the boundaries of the Centre.
To highlight the need for co-operation, trust, teamwork and effective communication.
To encourage the individual to identify their own strengths and weaknesses as well as those of others.
To work as part of a team.

Between 30 mins and 2 hrs depending on how many elements are attempted.
